With 30 agencies and 220 employees throughout Italy, AxL offers temporary and permanent recruitment services, training, legal assistance, career management advice, redeployment, and professional relocation. AxL's HR solutions are developed in collaboration with client companies.
Founded in 2015, AxL Formazione is a training and consulting company offering individual and group training services, organizational process analysis, and support for workplace wellness projects. Its mission is to support professional growth through personalized advice and coaching. Known for its immersive and engaging learning approach, the company promotes continuous improvement. AxL Formazione, with offices in Bonate Sotto, Milan, and Cesena, obtained gender equality certification in 2023 and participates in local sustainability projects.
