AxL is an HR services group made up of AxL – Agenzia per il Lavoro, AxL Formazione, Job Centre, and Unilinea. The AxL Group employs 300 people across more than 30 branches throughout Italy. AxL joined the Groupe Adéquat in July 2024.
In 2023, AxL received several Great Place to Work certifications, including Best Workplaces (4th place in the 150–499 employee category), Best Workplaces for Women, and Best Workplaces for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. It also achieved certification for gender equality.
Since 2019, AxL has participated in the Work Health programme and has been recognised as a Cribis Prime Company for its high level of financial reliability.

AxL’s HR solutions are developed in close collaboration with its client companies.
Founded in 2015, AxL Formazione is a training and consulting company offering individual and group training, organizational process analysis, and support for workplace well-being projects. Its mission is to foster professional growth through personalized guidance and coaching. Known for its immersive and engaging learning approach, the company promotes continuous improvement. With offices in Bonate Sotto and Milan, AxL Formazione obtained gender equality certification in 2023 and participates in local sustainability projects.
Founded in 1999, Unilinea specializes in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services, initially in the banking and financial sector, then expanded into energy, real estate and multi-services.
With over 70 employees, it serves as a key partner for major banking, financial, and insurance institutions. Unilinea's customer-centric approach emphasizes data sensitivity and partnership, helping companies optimize their core business processes by reducing non-strategic efforts. The company has offices in Milan and Turin.
Job Centre, established in 2002, is a training agency based in Padua and accredited by the Veneto region (northeastern Italy) for lifelong learning, higher education, and employment services. It specializes in the following areas: recruitment and selection; training and consulting; targeted job placement; and active employment policies for the unemployed, young people not in education, employment, or training (NEET), people with disabilities, and vulnerable individuals.
