Employing over 120 specialist consultants across four locations (Dublin, Cork, Athlone, and Galway), and comprising 14 specialist divisions, Sigmar specializes in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Construction and Property, Engineering and Manufacturing, HR, Insurance, IT, Legal, Life Sciences, Marketing, Multilingual, Administrative Support, Sales, and Supply Chain for temporary, permanent, and contract positions.
Sigmar has won over 60 independent awards for excellence in recruitment and corporate culture, and joined the Adéquat Group in February 2018.

In August 2021, Totem acquired Bray, Larouche et Associés, another long-standing recruitment brand in Montreal, to strengthen its position as the spearhead of the Adéquat Group's development in Canada.
