Technology designed for real-world needs
We made an early decision to develop solutions around the practical needs of our businesses, rather than rely solely on standard off-the-shelf tools.
At the heart of our operations in France is Adventure, our proprietary platform, developed in-house for more than ten years.
Today, it manages payroll for almost 150,000 temporary workers each year and supports the needs of more than 16,000 clients.
Nearly 100 specialists work across our technology functions, including IT, data, artificial intelligence, software development, innovation and cybersecurity.
Their role is simple: give our recruiters, sales teams and managers the right tools to save time, manage their activity more effectively and focus on what matters most.
Putting artificial intelligence to work
Since 2023, we have accelerated the use of artificial intelligence across the Group.
The aim is not to adopt AI simply because it has become impossible to ignore. It is to identify the uses that can genuinely improve how we work and the service we provide.
We are exploring and developing solutions that can:
