How can we help young people better prepare for the world of work? Meeting professionals, exploring different careers, understanding what employers look for and building confidence can all make a real difference when young people are deciding on their future.

Last week, Arnaud Brun, Chairman of Groupe Adéquat's Supervisory Board, visited students at Lycée Louise Michel in Champigny-sur-Marne as part of the “Pro(s) dans mon lycée” initiative, following an invitation from the Val-de-Marne branch of Les entreprises s’engagent.

It was an opportunity to hear about the students' ambitions, answer their questions and share insights into the realities of working life.

At Groupe Adéquat, we believe businesses have an important role to play in helping young people explore their options and prepare for their future careers.

A big thank you to the students, teachers and organisers for the warm welcome and engaging discussions!
