Groupe Adéquat signed the Commitment to Trustworthy AI in the Workplace on February 11, 2025, at the AI Action Summit in Paris, thereby reaffirming its commitment to responsible, inclusive, and ethical artificial intelligence. By adhering to this commitment, we support fundamental principles such as social dialogue, investment in human capital, worker protection, the fight against discrimination, and responsible innovation, to ensure that AI benefits everyone in the world of work.

In this context, we are guided by the following fundamental principles:

Social dialogue

  • – Involve worker representatives and stakeholders in decisions regarding the adoption, deployment, and governance of AI to ensure its responsible and equitable implementation.

    Investment in Human Capital

    – Support upskilling, reskilling, and a just transition to prepare workers for changes driven by AI.

Safety, well-being, and quality of life at work

    – Leverage AI to improve working conditions, prevent occupational hazards, and protect workers’ mental and physical health.

    Equity and non-discrimination

    – Ensure that AI eliminates bias in recruitment and promotes equitable access to training, employment, and career advancement opportunities.

Privacy protection and regulation of algorithmic management

    – Guarantee the confidentiality of workers’ and candidates’ data, while preventing abuses related to digital surveillance and management algorithms.

Fair sharing of the benefits of AI across value chains

    – Reduce the digital divide, promote the fundamental rights of workers in AI supply chains, and ensure fair working conditions.

To achieve these goals, we are committed to continuously assessing the impact of AI, in line with international reference frameworks. Our progress will contribute to the discussions at the 2026 G7 Summit, aimed at strengthening AI in the world of work.

Through close collaboration between governments and economic stakeholders, we are working toward policies that balance innovation, equity, and productivity, thereby ensuring that AI promotes sustainable and inclusive growth.
