Gaëlle Blake Named Among the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing for the Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth consecutive year, Gaëlle Blake, UK Country Head at Groupe Adéquat, has been recognised in the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing 2026 list, published by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). This international recognition celebrates women making a significant contribution to the recruitment and staffing industry.

With over 25 years of experience in recruitment, Gaëlle leads Groupe Adéquat's development in the UK and supports its international operations.

Since joining the Group in 2024, she has played a key role in expanding our UK presence, including the acquisition of Solutions Driven in 2026. She also shares her expertise with teams across the Group, including in France, Ireland and Canada.

Beyond her leadership responsibilities, Gaëlle is a strong advocate for talent development, mentoring and supporting women in their careers.
