Groupe Adéquat appoints Louis-Mathieu Perrin as Chief Financial Officer

The Groupe Adéquat is pleased to announce the appointment of Louis-Mathieu Perrin as the Group’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Louis-Mathieu Perrin succeeds Martine Truc, who played a key role in structuring and strengthening the company’s financial operations, enabling the Group to achieve remarkable growth during her tenure. The Adéquat Group warmly acknowledges her dedication and her many achievements.

Louis-Mathieu Perrin: after beginning his career in auditing and financial consulting, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Direct Energie and Neoen. He oversaw the structuring of the finance function, the execution of debt and equity financing transactions, and external growth initiatives. Through his expertise, he made strategic contributions to the growth and innovation of these companies.

His expertise in financial management and corporate governance will be essential as the Adéquat Group continues its mission to nurture talent and expand its operations internationally.
