The Groupe Adéquat is participating in the SommetActionIA and is demonstrating its commitment by signing the Pledge for Ethical and Responsible AI, spearheaded by the Office of the President of the Republic and the Ministry of Labor.

Alongside Minister Astrid Panosyan-Bouvet, we reaffirm our commitment to technological innovation and R&D in AI to promote solutions that protect our sovereignty, ensure dynamic economic growth, and foster a sustainable and inclusive world of work.

The Groupe Adéquat has been investing in AI development for the past two years, marking a significant milestone in its pursuit of innovation.

Arnaud Brun, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, explained in Le Parisien how the group has transformed its employees’ work environment to make it more efficient and better suited to their needs: “We implemented an internal ChatGPT system in the middle of last year, and today 80% of our employees use it. This alleviates time-consuming tasks and allows us to focus on high-value-added activities and on people. We even have an AI that helps train employees in business negotiation.”

Two notable presentations perfectly illustrating the challenges and commitments toward responsible AI: Marlene Dolveck (SNCF Group) and Catherine Delmotte (Airbus) shared inspiring perspectives on this critical topic.
