International Women's Rights Day

📅8️⃣🌷👩 On this International Women’s Day, discover some examples of recent initiatives led by our teams:

France and Belgium – Adéquat Interim & Recrutement and Skillflex launched the campaign “No Flowers, Just a Job for Everyone!”, reaffirming our commitment to equal professional opportunities. Adéquat Interim & Recrutement is working with its client Renault Trucks in Blainville to increase the number of women in the workforce.

France – Adsearch supported CARE France, an organization dedicated to fighting poverty and promoting women’s rights in over 100 countries. Thanks to the efforts of our teams, we donated €3,500 to support their work.

United Kingdom – Gaëlle Blake, Managing Director UK, spoke at the Forum for the Built Environment to highlight the importance of speaking out against inequality and using one’s influence to pave the way for others.

Ireland – Sigmar Recruitment organized a panel discussion, “Embracing Inclusion,” at the Talent Summit, highlighting the challenges and opportunities for fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Italy – AxL published the results of its survey Women and Work: Our Survey for a More Inclusive Future, highlighting gender dynamics in the labor market and women’s expectations regarding work-life balance.
