Tremplin: The First Cohort Completes the Programme

From June 22 to 26, 2026, 17 colleagues from across France took part in the first edition of Tremplin (Springboard), a new programme launched by Groupe Adéquat and hosted at NEOMA Business School in Paris.

For one week, they explored management, strategy, finance, AI, communication and decision-making, with a few masterclasses along the way.

The aim was simple: to give them time to step back, see the bigger picture and bring new ideas into their day-to-day work.

The group brought together colleagues with different roles, backgrounds and experiences. That mix is what made the week so valuable.

Tremplin does not stop here. We want to keep investing in our people and grow this community year after year, through shared experience and teamwork.

Congratulations to this first group. It was an intense week, and they gave it everything.
