VivaTech 2025

Groupe Adéquat was delighted to participate once again in Viva Technology last week, as part of the event organized by Le Lab RH. Held in Paris, this event is Europe’s largest gathering dedicated to startups and innovative technologies, bringing together key players from the human resources, tech, and industrial sectors.

We had the opportunity to meet experts in HR innovation and discuss the major transformations underway in the world of work.

The day began with a high-quality Morning Lab on competency-centered organizations, featuring notable presentations by Forvis Mazars, Albert, the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés), and Tomorrow Theory. These discussions highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence in HR, new approaches to talent management, and the challenges of skills development.

We also spoke with the innovation teams at France Travail to better understand their current priorities.
