Social performance
Our CSR ambition: to actively contribute to a fairer and more sustainable world of work. In 2024, Groupe Adéquat strengthened its social impact with tangible results:

94% satisfaction rate among temporary workers;

22% reduction in the frequency of workplace accidents in two years;

6,969 cases of social support provided;
-
385,000 hours of training provided to 15,575 people;
-
4,800 permanent temporary contracts (CDII) signed since 2017.
Safety remains a top priority, thanks to more than 1,500 preventive measures carried out by our national QSE team and Safety Week, which brings together agencies, clients, and temporary workers every year to promote a shared culture of prevention.
Inclusion and equal opportunities
Groupe Adéquat takes concrete action to promote social and professional inclusion across all its territories:

+11% increase in the number of temporary workers with disabilities recruited in 2024, as part of a three-year agreement with Agefiph (2023–2025);

Partnerships with Airbus, Renault Trucks, and numerous clients to promote women's access to industrial and logistics professions;

“Our jobs have no gender” campaign highlighting women in traditionally male-dominated professions, with a special sales challenge to increase the number of women in these positions;

Cooperation with France Travail, Cap Emploi, Missions Locales, and numerous associations to promote employment among young people and job seekers;
-
In Ireland, Sigmar Recruitment collaborated with Together Academy to train and support young adults with Down syndrome;
-
In Italy, AxL organizes sports-based recruitment events to promote access to education and professional integration for young people who are distant from the job market.
Training and employability
Developing skills means improving access to sustainable employment. In 2024, we have notably:

provided 385,000 hours of training, including 1,225 professional qualification courses;
-
trained 240 job seekers in high-demand occupations through training courses organized in partnership with France Travail;
-
supported 20 refugees as part of the HOPE program, which combines French language learning and vocational training;
-
increased the training time for permanent employees by 25%, with 140 e-learning modules now available.
Employee well-being and development
In 2024, we stepped up our commitment to quality of life at work:

35-hour week spread over 4.5 days to promote a better work-life balance;

100% of non-executive employees benefit from free health insurance;
-
196 internal promotions and transfers, representing a 45% increase compared to 2023;
-
33% reduction in turnover since 2022;
-
Gender Equality Index of 93/100 for the subsidiaries concerned.
A new leadership model, based on Trust, Simplicity, and Courage, has been rolled out across all entities and reinforced through dedicated management training.
Environmental responsibility
