The AxL Group is a group of HR services companies comprising AxL – Agenzia per il Lavoro, AxL Formazione, Job Centre, and Unilinea.
The AxL Group has 300 employees working in over 30 agencies across Italy. The AxL Group joined the Groupe Adéquat in July 2024.

Founded in 2011 in Mechelen, Skillflex is an employment and recruitment agency specializing in logistics, administration, sales/marketing, and HR. The Groupe Adéquat strengthened its presence in the Belgian market by acquiring a majority stake in Skillflex People in 2020.

Founded in 2002, Sigmar has become one of Ireland's largest recruitment consultancies. Employing over 120 specialist consultants across five locations, Sigmar has won over 60 independent awards for its excellence in recruitment and corporate culture. Sigmar joined the Groupe Adéquat in February 2018.

Based in Montreal, Totem is a brand specializing in recruitment and placement of personnel in administration, insurance, accounting, legal, customer service, technical, purchasing, logistics, and procurement. Totem joined the Groupe Adéquat in December 2017. In August 2021, Totem acquired Bray, Larouche et Associés, another long-standing recruitment brand in Montreal, to strengthen its position as the spearhead of the Groupe Adéquat's development in Canada.
