On BFM Business, Hedwige Chevrillon interviewed Arnaud Brun about the changes taking place in the world of work and their very real implications for businesses.
What emerges is a promising yet unbalanced job market: encouraging prospects alongside persistent tensions linked to skills shortages and economic (or political?) uncertainty that could hinder hiring strategies.
At GroupeAdéquat, this involves making clear choices: recruiting beyond the resume to help people—including young people without formal training—who are far removed from the job market get on or back on a career path; investing heavily in training for in-demand occupations; and pursuing international expansion to support our clients who operate worldwide and ensure the Group’s long-term sustainability.
Innovation, and AI in particular, are part of this approach: we develop internal solutions to free our employees from time-consuming tasks and encourage them to spend time on human interaction, as well as solutions for our clients to, for example, improve accident risk prevention or drastically enhance the visibility and management of schedules.
Talking about employment today means embracing this complexity: evolving expectations, changing models, and a collective responsibility to ensure that business growth also translates into greater inclusion and career opportunities.
