Groupe Adéquat Celebrates 13 Years of Partnership with the Festival Lumière
The Festival Lumière opened its latest edition in Lyon on Saturday, 10 October. To mark the occasion, Groupe Adéquat welcomed several clients and partners to the opening night of one of Lyon's major cultural events.
A partner of the Festival Lumière for 13 years, Groupe Adéquat continues to work alongside the Institut Lumière to support cinema and make culture accessible to everyone.
Running from 10 to 18 October, the festival brings a wide range of film screenings and events to venues across the Lyon metropolitan area. It also gives Groupe Adéquat employees and temporary workers the opportunity to discover films, meet leading figures from the world of cinema and take part in the celebrations.
A Partnership That Goes Beyond Cinema
For several years, Groupe Adéquat has also supported the festival's volunteers with their
professional development.
On 10 November, teams from Adéquat Intérim & Recrutement will host another career coaching day, helping volunteers showcase their experience and skills, improve their CVs with the support of artificial intelligence and plan their next career steps.
More than 500 volunteers have already benefited from this initiative, which is now part of the work of the Fonds de dotation Adéquat (Groupe Adéquat Endowment Fund), supporting equal opportunities in employment.
Through this long-standing partnership, Groupe Adéquat continues to demonstrate its commitment to culture, bringing people together and supporting career development.
