Groupe Adéquat has always been committed to promoting inclusion, equal opportunities and access to employment.
Today, we are taking this commitment one step further with the creation of the Adéquat Endowment Fund.
Built on the belief that opportunities should begin at the earliest age, no matter where someone starts in life, the fund aims to help create fairer access to the resources people need to grow, develop and thrive.
Through this philanthropic initiative, Groupe Adéquat will support projects of public interest across France in key areas including education, culture, sport, health, disability, the environment, mobility, housing and tech.
The goal is clear: to support high-impact projects that open up new opportunities, reveal potential and help build stronger futures for those who are currently furthest from them.
The first call for projects from the Adéquat Endowment Fund has now been launched. Dedicated to young people, it is open until 31 August 2026.
