The 0 to 100 Project is a pioneering scientific study led by Guillaume Millet. Over 18 months, 40 sedentary people will be supported as they train for a 100 km trail race.

At the same time, the 0 to 40 Sport & Health Challenge will give people living with a chronic illness or disability the chance to take on a similar challenge, with tailored support and a 40 km trail as the goal.

Groupe Adéquat is proud to join this adventure as an official partner.

The project connects strongly with what Adéquat does every day: supporting people on their journey, believing in their potential, and helping them progress.

This partnership also builds on the Group’s long-standing commitment to sport, inclusion and equal opportunities.

Julien, one of our colleagues, is taking part in the 0 to 40 Challenge and has already started his journey.

Over the coming months, we’ll share the key stages of this scientific and human adventure alongside Guillaume Millet, Université Jean Monnet Saint-Étienne, CHU de Saint-Étienne and all the partners.
