The Groupe Adéquat announces the appointment of Cristian Sala as General Manager of AxL – Agenzia per il Lavoro, its Italian subsidiary, effective January 2026.

Cristian has over twenty years of experience in the recruitment and temporary staffing sector.

He has held positions within national and international organizations, where he has gained solid expertise in processes, business services, and the dynamics of the job market.

In his new role, Cristian will be responsible for steering AxL through the challenges facing the sector, strengthening its market position, and supporting its development during a key phase of its strategic evolution.
