Talent Summit arrives in France with a successful first edition in Lyon

On 25 June 2026, Groupe Adéquat hosted the first-ever French edition of Talent Summit at the Institut Lumière in Lyon.
Launched in 2015 by its Irish subsidiary, Sigmar Recruitment, Talent Summit brought together more than 200 HR leaders, business executives and recruitment professionals to discuss the key challenges shaping the future of work, leadership and human resources.
The morning featured insights from a distinguished line-up of speakers representing leading organisations: Thierry Frémaux (Institut Lumière), Nadia Vedrunes (Club Med), Aïcha Kebaili (Funecap), Xavier Broseta (Synchro), Guillaume Millet (Université Jean Monnet Saint-Étienne), Aadil Bezza (Sanofi), Anne-Laure Thomas (L'Oréal France), Christophe Bérenger (Groupe Vicat) and Sophie Daviet.
Discussions explored a range of topics, including new approaches to recruitment, the changing role of leadership, pay transparency, the value of diverse teams and the drivers of collective performance. Together, these sessions provided practical insights into the opportunities and challenges facing organisations today.
This first French edition marks an important milestone in Talent Summit's international journey and reflects Groupe Adéquat's commitment to creating opportunities for learning, dialogue and the sharing of ideas across the world of work.
