Changing this reality starts now. Our commitment goes far beyond representation.
Through our “Jobs Have No Gender” campaign, rolled out this year by Adéquat Intérim & Recrutement in France, AxL in Italy and Skillflex in Belgium, we work alongside clients and partners to open access to roles still too often seen as “male”, particularly in industry and technical fields.
Each year, Groupe Adéquat supports more than 200,000 people into employment. We believe careers should be built on skills, potential and motivation, never on stereotypes.
In January 2026, we signed the #StOpE Charter Against Sexism in the Workplace, reaffirming our zero-tolerance approach to discrimination and our commitment to promoting respectful working environments for everyone. We remain fully committed to a labour market where every career path is open to all.
