StOpE against sexism: Groupe Adéquat takes action on everyday sexism at work

To mark France’s National Day Against Sexism (25 January), Groupe Adéquat, represented by Louis-Mathieu Perrin, is joining the organisations that have signed the StOpE charter.

Launched in 2018, the inter-company StOpE initiative (Stop au Sexisme dit Ordinaire en Entreprise) now brings together more than 300 organisations committed to driving change in the workplace.

The StOpE 2025 barometer highlights how widespread the issue still is:
➡️ 77% of women regularly experience sexist comments or behaviour
➡️ 86% of men recognise that their involvement is essential to achieving equality at work

✨ Small actions, big impact
Everyday sexism often shows up in subtle, routine behaviours. When we make it visible, we make it easier to challenge and change. That is the purpose of the awareness campaign shared today by the charter signatories.
