We’re proud to share that Gaëlle Blake, UK Country Head of Groupe Adéquat, has been recognised for the third time on the Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.
Since joining Groupe Adéquat in 2024, Gaëlle has led the company’s growth in the UK while supporting teams across the group. She focuses on leadership development and operational excellence with Adsearch in France, Totem Recruitment in Canada, and Sigmar Recruitment in Ireland, where she joined the board in 2025.
With over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, Gaëlle continues to mentor leaders across Groupe Adéquat and actively promotes women’s representation and mental health awareness in the workplace.
