Cristian brings more than twenty years of experience in staffing and recruitment.
He has worked across national and international organisations, with strong expertise in processes, client services, and labour market dynamics.
In his new role, Cristian will lead AxL through current sector challenges, reinforce its market position, and support the next phase of development.
