Groupe Adéquat commits to promoting employment opportunities for people over 50 in France

Groupe Adéquat proudly participated in the “Emploi des 50+ : le passage à l’action” symposium organized by the French Ministry of Labor, discussing the challenges of senior employment, especially for women, and exploring ways to encourage job retention.

Groupe Adéquat renewed its commitment to the over-50s in the workplace, alongside Club Landoy, which has been an indispensable forerunner in this field.

In 2024, employees over 50 represented 13% of our temps and 8% of our permanent staff in France. Temporary work offers flexibility, training, skills development, coaching and income opportunities for seniors.

The event also allowed companies to share experiences and work together to promote senior employment and combat stereotypes – a mission Groupe Adéquat is proud to support.
