Groupe Adéquat was pleased to be back at Viva Technology last week with as part of Le Lab RH’s learning expedition. Held in Paris, VivaTech is Europe’s largest event dedicated to startups and innovative technologies, bringing together leaders across HR, tech, and industry.
We had the opportunity to engage with key players in HR and innovation, focusing on the major transformations shaping the world of work.
The day began with a high-quality Morning Lab session on skills-based organisations, featuring insightful contributions from Forvis Mazars, Albert, CNIL – Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, and Tomorrow Theory. Discussions throughout the day explored the growing role of artificial intelligence in HR, new approaches to talent management, and the challenges of skills development.
We also met with the innovation teams at France Travail to learn more about their current areas of focus.
