2024 Highlights: Social Performance
Our CSR ambition is to contribute to a fair and sustainable world of work. In 2024, Groupe Adéquat strengthened its social impact through measurable progress:
– 94% satisfaction rate among temporary workers
– 22% reduction in workplace accident frequency over two years
– 6,969 social support services delivered to temporary workers
– 385,000 hours of training provided to 15,575 people
– 4,800 permanent temporary contracts (CDII) signed since 2017
Safety remains a top priority, with more than 1,500 prevention actions led by a national QSE team and the annual Safety Week uniting agencies, clients, and temporary workers around a shared culture of prevention.
Inclusion and Equal Opportunities
Groupe Adéquat acts for inclusion across all its regions:
– +11% more workers with disabilities employed in 2024, under a three-year convention with Agefiph (2023–2025)
– Partnerships with Airbus and Renault Trucks to promote women in industrial jobs
– “Our Jobs Have No Gender” campaign celebrating women in roles traditionally held by men
– Collaboration with France Travail, Cap Emploi, and Missions Locales to support access to work for young people and jobseekers
– Sigmar Recruitment (Ireland) worked with Together Academy to train and empower young adults with Down syndrome
Training and Employability
Developing skills is essential to creating sustainable employment. In 2024, Groupe Adéquat achieved:
– 385,000 hours of training delivered, including 1,225 professional qualification programmes
– 240 jobseekers trained for shortage occupations through France Travail programmes
– 20 refugees supported through the national HOPE programme combining French language and job training
– +25% increase in training time for permanent employees, with 140 e-learning modules now available
Employee Wellbeing and Development
In 2024, Groupe Adéquat deepened its focus on quality of life at work:
– 35-hour work week over 4.5 days to promote work-life balance
– 100% of non-executive staff benefit from free health insurance
– 196 internal promotions or transfers, a +45% increase from the previous year
– 33% reduction in staff turnover since 2022
– 93/100 Gender Equality Index for certain subsidiaries
A new leadership model was introduced based on three core principles: Trust, Simplicity, and Courage.
This approach is now shared across all entities and supported by dedicated management training.
Environmental Responsibility
Groupe Adéquat continues to strengthen its environmental performance through actions to measure and reduce its carbon footprint, promote energy efficiency, and raise awareness among all employees on sustainability topics.
