Groupe Adéquat signed the Pledge for a Trustworthy AI in the World of Work on February 11, 2025, at the AI Action Summit in Paris, reaffirming our commitment to responsible, inclusive, and ethical artificial intelligence. By joining this pledge, we support key principles such as social dialogue, investment in human capital, worker protection, non-discrimination, and responsible innovation to ensure that AI benefits everyone in the workplace.
As part of this commitment, we focus on the following key principles:
- Social Dialogue – Engaging with worker representatives and stakeholders in AI adoption, deployment, and governance to ensure ethical and fair implementation.
- Investment in Human Capital – Supporting upskilling, reskilling, and fair transitions to equip workers with AI-relevant skills.
- Workplace Safety & Well-being – Leveraging AI to enhance job quality, prevent work-related injuries, and safeguard workers’ mental and physical health.
- Non-Discrimination & Diversity – Ensuring AI eliminates bias in recruitment and promotes equitable access to training and career progression.
- Data Privacy & Algorithmic Management – Protecting worker privacy, ensuring responsible data usage, and preventing digital surveillance misuse.
- Equitable AI Benefits Across Value Chains – Addressing digital divides, promoting human rights in AI supply chains, and ensuring fair labour practices.
To achieve these objectives, we commit to ongoing monitoring and assessment of AI’s impact, aligning with international frameworks. Our progress will contribute to the 2026 G7 Summit discussions on AI in the workplace.
Through collaboration with governments and industry partners, we will help shape policies that balance innovation, fairness, and productivity, ensuring AI fosters long-term, sustainable growth.
